What Should I Ask My BCBA?

DNA Confirms It is Avonte

The DNA has confirmed that the remains of a body found last week are Avonte Oquendo.  The search for Avonte is over, but as the mourning begins there are still many questions left to be answered.  Perhaps most important is "What do we need to do to prevent a tragedy like this from happening again?"  Autism Mom Shannon Penrod makes a passionate plea to ensure that school staff are appropriately trained to keep our kids safe.
